Finally, an ice cream I don't feel bad about eating once the bowl is empty! I added plain chobani in mine for a thicker mixture, but I bet the flavored stuff would be great too...
Here's what you need:
4-5 sliced and frozen bananas
Splash of skim milk
1/2 single serving container of Chobani yogurt (I used plain)
Blend all ingredients together until you get your ice-cream like mixture.
I have also seen others put in other ingredients such as a scoop of peanut butter, coco powder, and chocolate chips too!
